No, but I've bought a crappy pair of jeans for the cute belt, then never worn those jeans...just the belt with my good jeans.
Confession:A belt on a pair of pants at Express (I am so ashamed) once persuaded me to buy the pants. The belt fell apart and the pants made me look like I was wearing someone else's clothes. I will never be conned again.
I usually don't like the belts that come on things. I'd be much more likely to buy the skirt or pants and use a different belt.
