well, it wasn't exactly my shirt....but once i walked from my office to the card store with my skirt stuck in my panty hose....and i'm still grateful that the card store owner informed me about it....before i walked around the whole city that way...(just a tad embarrasing)! ;-)

I've never done that, but I have accidently put on two different socks.
